In 2014, I earned my master's degree from Malone University in Canton, Ohio. With 9 years of experience providing in-home and office based therapy, I have developed a diverse skill set in working with individuals of all ages, from children to adolescents and adults. Throughout my career, I have continuously expanded my knowledge in trauma-based treatments, particularly focusing on approaches that address the whole body.

I find immense fulfillment in supporting others on their healing journeys. I strongly believe that we are not meant to face life's difficulties alone, and that belief fuels my dedication to providing guidance and support.

On a personal level, I have dealt with my own struggles of anxiety, depression, and trauma. This firsthand experience has given me a profound understanding of the impact trauma can have on the body and mind. Consequently, I recognize the value of incorporating a body-based treatment approach when addressing trauma. By considering the holistic well-being of individuals, we can work towards comprehensive healing and growth.

Above all, I want my clients to know that they are not alone, and that there is always hope. By adopting a whole-body approach, we can harness the body's inherent capacity for healing and promote resilience in the face of trauma. Together, we can embark on a journey of healing and restoration.
